Help with unknown mod?

Hello, I seem to have a problem. I have gone through my mods and can not figure out why whenever I talk to a NPC, a box pops up and say's "Hug" on the left side, and "Talk" on the right side. If anyone can figure out which mod is causing this, I would be grateful.

Fairly sure that's got something to do with Perkus Maximus. Don't quote me, though.

IF it does have to do with PerMa, I just wasted 2 days uninstalling ALL my mods and Skyrim, then RE-installing them. *Cue rage*
