Reiyan
im not going to ask how to become one, i already know... and i did search the forums to see if my question had been answered in a previous post and i couldnt find it... if im wrong feel free to kill me or something, cus i kno people get tired of vampire questions well, im going to make my character all vampy etc, bt i ws wondering what would happen to my characters face. Im not using one of the default morrowind faces for woodelves, im using one of Zuls, wen i become a vampire will it use one of the default vampy faces or do they just stick a pair of fangs on you?hope it isnt a stupid question... Reiyan
two more questions... i joined house redoran and have done a set of quests etc, but i dont get any gold etc for it? (whats the morrowind currency again?!) apart from giving you quests etc (so you can level up and travel round Vvardenfell) is there anything else that joining one of the great houses does, can you make any money with them?? and finally! :D i found some raw glass in a dwemer thingy, can i make it into armour at all... or will i have to do it the hard way and go find some? kate
Acinonyk
in house hlaalu, you are usually paid well for your services. in house telvanni, you get paid well and they'll teach you a few free spells. in redoran.... redoran is the most honourable and "do good" house in morrowind, personally i think this is just an excuse to get you to work for free. but joining a house, even redoran, does have good benifits, you might already know about some of them. and dont worry if u joined redoran and are now having second thoughts, you dont get many rewards but the ones you do get are usually pretty good. just get used to working for free.

But if you want big pay-offs try Telvanni, they give you a decent glass dagger after the first few quests (which are really easy I might add) that's worth 6500. Though it's best to join them only if you're a mage. And no, you can't turn glass, or any other raw material for that matter, into armour without a mod (or the Tribunal expansion but with Tribunal you have to pay someone to do it for you). There are some armorer mods out there that allow you to make your own armour though. Oh, and the currency in Morrowind is called Septims by the Imperials, and Drakes by the Dunmer. It isn't always that way though, and other people call it gold. So just call it what you like! :P
