Double VATS Range While on Psycho/Slasher

For immersion reasons, I have the VATS range set to 0 because it makes the game waaay easy. However, it's still pretty badass to have ingame and I would like to have the option because sometimes I need a little help. Basically all I want is a mod that makes the VATS range double the default value for however long the player is on psycho (AP is still drained from using VATS). Range returns to zero after psycho/slasher wears off. Thanks.
