It might not work so great in game if the snake's head is constantly raised in the fashion it is. It might be easier if the snake's head hangs down over his chest or something. Basically if alonso made a video of a snake tongue going in and out every minute or so it would be realistic somewhat if the tongue was on the mesh statically with invisible texture at first.
