1st Person Animation with 3ds Max

Hello I am completely new to these forums, however I have been animating in 3ds max for Counterstrike source for about 2 years, and I have been able to repalce the ingame animations with my own.

 

My question is this: Is it possible to archive same thing in fallout 3 or NV ?

 

I have been looking quite a bit into this but I am at stand still.

 

Is it possible to import the Original fallout 3 hand mesh with the skeleton into 3ds max where I can 1st person reload, draw, idle, shoot, and so on and then place those ingame ?

 

EDIT: After reading and searching a bit more, I seem to have found that IT IS POSSIBLE to do this, however you have to replace one of the old animations, which is kinda how it works in CSS, However each gun in CSS has its own Animation, and by the looks of it in fallout some gusn share the animations ?

 

Also has anyone came up with any idias on how I can same make a ReloadD or ReloadE.

 

I know in GECK you can select which reload it uses, but is there anyway to add more ?
