bullet time effect

hi !! i have a little problem : when i aim enemies directly with the weapon (not with the vats) & when i shout the enemy,there is a bullet time effect (not always) .is there a solution for disable this effect ?

There is a solution.... Im looking for it now.... you have to turn off the effect.

 

Im going to do it cause it slows the game down and breaks immersion when sniping.

thank u very much ! yes thats break the immersion(its just cool when using vats only).

i already tried to look in falloutnv.default ini but i didnt found.

it's in the gameplay options. I believe it's called "combat cinematics" or similar. At work or i'd check for sure.

I believe it's in the gamepley options inside the game. Not sure, like i said, i'm at work. But i remember it being an option i fiddled with. You may have to take a little initiative and look around, as i'm not 100% sure that that's what it's called, though i'm fairly confidant it's similar to that.

You need to set your KILLCAM to none. It's under settings > gameplay when you hit the esc key in game.
