I have not thought to look into CCO - I will make sure their order, masters, and dependencies.

So best practice out of experience would be to set my overhauls last? it makes sense as the load order is like layers and each layer overwrites the previous.

 

Side question - Perkus Maximus and SkyRe are both made by the same author; Is Perkus meant to completely replace SkyRe or can they work in tandem?

 

Thank you for reviewing this. I have not had luck with the Save Game Cleaner or scanner - however they are beneficial at pulling what mods are used in the save - then again Mod Organizer does this as well I found out yesterday - helps when I play around with things! :-P

 

Maybe TES6 Won't be so... limited! :-P

Every person I know from the Nexus chat who has tried to use both has completely broken their game, a few had to do a full reinstall of the game lol

 

my personal OPINION below

 

Use SKYre, it's time tested and doesn't have no where nearly as many bugs or glitches as Perkus Maxiimus does that I have heard from friends who have tried to use it only to go back to SKYre.

 

however they are beneficial at pulling what mods are used in the save

 

you can SO easily do this in Wrye Bash simply by clicking on the save tab up top and then looking on the right side of the window - and yes, I am laughing my butt off at the makers of save cleaner lol

Try making a bashed patch.

 

I can't believe I missed that. kniggit92 is absolutely right, you NEED a bashed patch, just make sure you do not use a merged patch from TES5EDIT with it. The instructions, from my own guide, on how to make a bashed patch are below :)

 

2.2) You HAVE to have either a merged patch or bashed patch file, once again Wrye Bash is your friend because it will automatically make you a bashed patch file when it loads your mods. A bashed patch file makes all your weapon and armor and other mods play nice together, it also keeps track of leveled lists in the game and makes them work better together also.

 

2.3) One other thing, make sure you enable ( check mark ) the bashed patch Wrye Bash makes, then right click it and choose rebuild patch as the one Wrye Bash makes is empty, which should always be last in your load order unless you're using an ENB, SUM, ASIS, or the Reproccer.

Your using fxaa Injector with andenb correct? I know you have to modify the enb local to make them compatible.

From the FXAA Post Process Injector Page:

 

For ENBSeries and ENBSeries based mods:
Rename the DLL of this mod to something else (for example, d3d9injFX.dll). Open enblocal.ini and change the following lines:
EnableProxyLibrary=false
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary=other_d3d9.dll
to
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary=d3d9injFX.dll (or whatever you named the DLL)

Make sure you are renaming the DLL of this mod and not ENBSeries' DLL.

 

You may have done that already though.

Your skyrim ini and skyrimpref ini could be an issue to . For example in skyrim ini you got iSize W=3840

iSize H=2160 in the display section and in skyrimprefs.ini you have iSize H=1080

iSize W=1920.

Have you had a look at these ini's. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59810/? . They are pretty detailed and explain alot of the settings. I would start using the high ones and see how they work for you. You might have to change the gamma in skyrimprefs to suite your enb but otherwise they should be money.

I have actually stopped using ENB - the resolution edits were me putting them in the wrong file :sad: I forgot to remove it looks like.

My new load order. (with out Bashed patch - have not made it yet) I have kept both SkyRe and Perkus mainly because my save was dependant on it. I can now go outside in my save! Hurray! however I am getting a white run crash issue - I saw a fix for that around here some where - i'll find it again.

I don't see a patchus maximus.esp you forgot to run the patchus maximus patcher (place it below the bashed patch and don't let the bashed patch patch patchus maximus.esp) also skyre and perma aren't 100% compatible, disable skyre main.esp and remove the reproccer.esp, patchus maximus.esp will replace the reproccer.esp.

 

This is in order what you must do:

disable skyre_main.esp and whichever .esp depends on it, things like combat.esp should be independent from it

disable reproccer.esp

remake your bashed patch

run patchus maximus (should be in your skyproc patchers folder)

Hello All,

 

I decided to start over from scratch with new information and after intense troubleshooting I was able to resolve my issue - here is what I learned (all my lack of understanding really)

 

First I disregarded the importance of ENB and ENBBoost - I am not using an ENB preset just have it for the boost right now.

 

Second I found a post stating that if TES5Edit loads my mods and loads with out error - them my Skyrim SHOULD load also without error - which lead my to the Memory Allocation issue where Skyrim crashes on using the second allocated block of memory.

 

@ Nozzer66 - asked for this and I did not understand the importance --- my ignorance shot me in the foot for about 2 weeks of intense troubleshooting - but ooh I have learned a lot! :)
