error message, this file does not belong to me??

i went to add file requirements for a mod i just uploaded and it said

 

"AN ERROR HAS OCCURED.

 

 

THIS FILES DOES NOT BELONG TO YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU CANNOT EDIT OTHER PEOPLE'S FILES. THIS ACTION HAS BEEN LOGGED. IF YOU CONTINUE TO TRY AND EDIT OTHER PEOPLE'S FILES YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED AND YOUR IP BANNED."

 

 

normally i would just hope that it was a bug and that attempting to add file req. again would get rid of it. it didn't.

 

i am logged in as me, the only account i have on here, so i don't know whats going on.

 

i have the url, but its for my edit file page so i don't know if i should post it.

 

 

help anyone?

This should have been fixed last night. Please try again and let me know if the problem persists.

just tried it, still says the same thing. i'll just keep the required file listed in the authors note part.
