Description editor fails to preserve existing formatting

Today I wanted to edit the description of SkyUI to add a new FAQ entry, but the new* editor failed to preserve the existing layout. Specifically, it removes blank lines, for example after a list, and there are certain paragraphs ("Mods with MCM support") which are just completely put into a single line. In both cases, what's shown in the WYSIWYG interface differs from what's actually rendered in the description. Note that switching to BBCode mode does not resolve it. Is there any way to restore the description to how it was before?

* (at least new to me, the last time I edited a description it was still raw input)

I noticed when updating my files descriptions today, that if I copied and pasted something with enter's (from a txt file), and after saving it, it merges all that into one line, where I then have to go back and hit enter to fix it. Of course this only happened on my first file that I was updating. Just to be double sure it wouldn't happen on the other file descriptions, while I was still editing them, I used backspace where there was an enter, and redid the enter. I'm not sure if this is the same issue you're describing but it was weird when it happened.

This is kind of what happened. This is, for example, what I copied into the editor:

Requirements:
Blah

And this is what it would end up as, after saving it, unless I did what I described above:

Requirements: Blah

The issue for lists is different. What I'm trying is

Blabla:
[list]
[*] blablabla
[*] blablabla
[*] blablabla
[*] blablabla
[/list]

Blabla
But the blank line after the list is always removed. (Same happens with multiple blank lines.) Edited by schlangster

I've had this same issue Shlangster(great work on SkyUI btw). My guide is also massive in terms of description. Near as I can tell there is either a character limit, a line limit or a size limit.

I contacted site staff about it, they were unable to c/p my changes, but were able to make a small text edit. This is what tipped me off. The only viable solution I found was compressing down what I was trying to say or shave a few lines off here and there. Another alternative to your empty lines in critical sections that you need to break up is simply putting [ line ] (Without the spaces) on the empty line. My guide is still very long so in order for the format not to break, I had to emply the use of that tag. You can see for yourself how that ends up looking here if you'd like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32363/? . Hope this helps man.
