Monarch850
I am completely new to this modding way of life. I have like 15 mods already working smoothly with nexus mod manager. yet, this DC interiors is giving me the most trouble. It is the only mod that wont allow my game to start. I as the first mod on my list to start after the DLC's because it will not let me move it any higher. I got the game on steam if that changes anything. Can anyone explain to me whats going on? This mod requires a manual installation. Read the ReadMe that comes with the download for proper installation.
chucksteel
Am i packing my mods wrong for NMM? I don't use it. I tried it but wen't back to FOMM and always install mods by hand in the first place. I thought the mod and the BSA just needed to be packed in a folder and NMM would place them in the data folder properly. I will repack if I was mistaken. Just to give you feedback: I tried it yesterday to install by Nexus Mod Manager and it didnt went well. It seems, that the texture and other folders do not get extracted automatically and maybe other things dunno.Till now i didnt get it to work, but will try later and go through the readme. For me the bugs i found were the missing meshes all around the places (started already at the very first settlement) and changing "painting" of the walls depending on my angle of looking. But beside that i had other problems (like i couldnt start fallout at all if i am not disabling the dlc´s of zeta and broken steel (maybe a steam fallout 3 goty problem?). But this all happened after my first tries to just get the dc interiors mod working. Best Regards Edit: Well, now everything works. Readme ftw. ;) Used FOMM to toggle invalidation and after that i used the normal game launcher to start with all mods. Worked for me. Great work with the dc interiors, well done.
