Can't Find CTD Bug?!

So I recently made a fresh start with a fresh files and I've now reinstalled everything I want. I've used LOOT to order my mods however I keep CTD. Am I missing a patch? Do I have something wrong somewhere? I can't see where I am going wrong.

 

At first the game loaded and then I played for a bit and it CTD when I died. I then went to reload it but CTD straight away. I've tried ticking and un-ticking various things but nothing works!

You have a huge number of .esp files which edit the same leveled lists etc. Make a bashed patch. Here's how: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36189/?
