Daemarian
hm, lets see. I think that Adrenelin Rush is like fortify health, strength, speed, endurance and agility 50 pts for 60 seconds and it is a race power so it can only be used once a day, Mother's Kiss is restore health 10-20 pts, Ogrul's Strong-again is restore strength 10 pts, and Regenerate is restore health 1-2 pts for 20 seconds I think...I'll check a little later and give everything in more detail. Peregrine
Haha my character has no stats! I just made him up, I don't actually have him in game. Does that matter? Yes, it really matters. I need those stats to resolve attacks/skill uses (explained more in my first post), which I can't do at all if you don't give me that information. Switch
NUTS. I didn't know these forums required characters already in-game. *Sighs* They haven't in other threads... well what should I do? Just make my stats/skills up? Or should I just not bother joining?
Peregrine
You're right, most of them don't. But I'm doing more of a d&d style game where you actually have to succeed with your skill checks/attack rolls to do something. And without your stats, I can't do that. Well, I can, but I'll have to assume that all your stats/skills are zero, and you'll be having a hard time hitting a rat! And yes, you can just make them up, as long as its reasonable. I just find it easier to take a few minuites ingame to make a new character and get it exactly right the first time. Then you can easily adjust for level by adding the increases. Switch
Oh right ok... well I'll do that tomorrow, don't think I can be bothered right now it's a bit late. :P Now that I know that RP's can require you have a character in game though I'll keep him saved so I don't have to rethink his skills etc each time. :P
Sol'Kanar
Switch, what I did was create my lvl 1 character, then basically guesstimate based on the others on the thread how much my skills/stats/health should be boosted.
I Am That Is Matthias
So we are playing with d20s random treasure table grey renders and the lot?
Peregrine
Somewhat. Dice rolls are all made by me for skills/combat. But I don't do random treasure/npcs.
Peregrine
Hehe... dangit. What if I make everything drop by 17?, and X on the daedric staff. Like an ebony one instead?Oops, missed this one for a bit. Even 65 seems a bit high... the real problem though is the consistency of your stats. You've got everything high level, with no real weakness. What I want is a balanced character, especially at starting levels. So sure, you could have a master archer with 100 agility/marksman, but you'd have to pay for it by ignoring training your other skills. Which makes sense, you're supposed to be playing characters with a bit of experience, but not someone who's been adventuring for 100 years and knows everything there is to know. And same with equipment. A daedric weapon is fine, but that probably means that you've ignored buying new armor until you could afford it. Or something like that to balance it out. wesaynothin
O.K, hows top on monkly stuff (monkly??) Like 100 unarmored/staff/hand2hand/restoration, whereas his warrior techniques(i.e. long/short blade, light/heavy/medium armor) are a like 10 his alchemy at like 50 Other stuff between 20-50 And if I can I'll keep the staff. He doesn't exactly have armor... but his robes could be really dirty??
