Septfox
To elaborate a little, it's extremely annoying to be working on a face, feel like I'm getting somewhere...then notice that, for no apparent reason, an eyebrow is drooping, or the corner of a lip is slightly raised, or etc. I know it's more natural and realistic and all that, but if I wanted things fully realistic, I probably wouldn't be playing a fantasy game. So, simply: is there any way to force Oblivion to keep perfect symmetry while messing with sliders during face creation, as you can in SI's Facegen app? Or am I just going to be forced to do the best I can in Oblivion, export to Facegen, force symmetry, re-import the face, and hope that the rounding issues in the whole process don't screw things up too badly? Face gen is best within the CS, unless you can get some good face gens you want use and implement via the WyreBash.
LFact
If you want to know the face you made is symmetric, you can export saved face into .esp file via Wrye Bash, then open the plugin with Construction Set and look at the sliders.

Septfox
Thanks for the suggestions. Using the CS doesn't really help eliminate the problem, but it IS an easier process than getting the face into SI Facegen and back. ...if I wanted things fully realistic, I probably wouldn't be playing a fantasy game. LoL http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35487 this mod should helpThat deals with the egts, and while I do need to install it (downloaded it but completely forgot, was wondering why it wasn't working...), it's not going to help this particular problem :vThank you for the reminder, though. I think I'll go set it up right now~
