LeatherValkyrie
I had this issue too... by any chance did you install or have installed the mod Playthings?
apaosha
If you have a red exclamation mark showing it means the mesh is missing. My advice is go into GECK and figure out which file the hairstyle points to and see if that file is missing or misplaced. Or redownload.

LeatherValkyrie
Yes i had installed the Playthings mod previously. Also re-installing from a redownloaded mod hasn't helped either. That and i don't know how to do the GECK thing. EDIT: Deleted playthings.esp, it works now! Never figured a quest mod would be that troublesome and tiring. Thanks for hinting at the mod, LeatherValkyrie! :D No problem. Yah, Nancy's Hair seems to be added as selectable option for Caucasians in Playthings. (Mostly because it's a custom hair one NPC in that mod uses.) But since it has to edit the race to do that, it conflicts with other hair mods. I eventually had to to download FO3Edit and create a compatibility patch.
