Getting a smoother camera movement?

I'd like to know if there is any tweak or mods to make my camera move smoothly and not so jagged. I do not think this is a FPS issue.

Don't know if it wil help but there are mods like customizable camera which can adjust camera speed.

Sorry for very late response, had a lot of college work to do, then a busy spring break.

No to much the sway, but maybe it's micro stutters, or macro stutters?

can try adding ifpsclamp=* to your skyrim.ini under [General]

(* = max frame rate you'd like or whatever you've locked your fps to)
