Can someone please help me out with a MOD???

I want a mod that shows the amount of damage my weapons/armor has taken. A damage meter per se. That way I know when to repair my weapons/armor before they break on me. Are there any mods like this?

dude, it's in game, look for the number that starts at 100, and eventually (after use) goes to 0. it's called condition, or something like that.

Yes, it is called "Weapon Condition"

 

There is a mod called BTmod which edits the menus (Makes the names of things smaller, which is good for anybody older than 4) the mod also adds weapon condition on the HUD, if you are interrested, PM me and I'll give you a link.

May not be exactly what he's looking for. 'Weapon Condition' is more or less a percentage indicator of the item's life. In other words, a Fur Cuirass showing 100 is at 100% durability— for a Fur Cuirass.

 

An Ebony Cuirass and a Fur Cuirass that both show 100 will, in reality, take very different amounts of punishment before they break.

 

I'm noticing this myself with my latest character: she has a habit of wearing leather and chainmail in the field— mainly because the stronger Light Armors just look ugly. She's at Level 33 right now— and while Leather/Chainmail properly enchanted will offer her adequate armor protection— the stuff's condition is being knocked down to zero after only 2 or 3 hits! The current setup doesn't really give you a hard number on how much life your armor has left— it only tells you the life of your armor in relation to a brand-new piece of the same class of equipment.

I"m sorry. But I do not say anything " in-game " that has that bar or damage meter under the weapons/armor. I know this BTmod did show a bar underneath the weapons showing me how much health the weapons/armor had before breaking. But I didnt like BTmod that much. I did however like that one feature it had. So how do I install that feature only?
