Vendor NPC won't get new stuff

I have a problem with Each NPC that trading, After i play through many days, their stuff and money left from lastest trading will still there

No new updating stuff at all. see as the screenshot

I think the vendors you're looking at are ones that rely on the cell reset (or "respawn"). Unlike Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas seems to employ some kind of cell-oriented timer that resets itself every time you visit to inhibit cell resets.

 

In other words, you need to avoid entering a cell (or going anywhere near that cell) for at least 73 hours before those items will respawn.

I need the true information about vendors though. actually i reach to boulder city now, i think its past more than 73 hours.

I'm not so entirely sure is it true, but at least i feel more relaxing thx.

for some odd reason

 

the idiot caravan vendors

 

never seem to get new stock

 

although they get new spent cartridges (to their own weapons) quite often

 

but store merchants get new stock

I can buy their spent catridge for free. from any idoit of caravan and merchant......

is it odd?

I've Updating and reinstall the whole game, update Mod Manager to 0.13.20

Vendors coming to reset again, they will reset in approx 2 days=48 hours.
