Kvatch Rebuilt

I did the quest to set up the meeting and visited the city at 10 but no one seems to want to talk to me about Kvatch. Is there some sort of trigger I need to hit?

Hmmm...who told you to talk to the Count? Was it the guy with the green and white shirt inside the castle, or was it the monk looking guy out in the courtyard? Not to spoil things, but you speak to him two different times and I can help you better if I know which it was.

Make sure you've gone into another cell from the monk-looking guy (I usually go inside the castle) and let 24 hours pass, then wait again until 10pm. When you go back outside, the arrow should be pointing at Count Hassildor who is making his way into the courtyard. I've sometimes found him wandering the halls in the upper area. You may have to chase him a little.

For one meeting, you have to wait just outside the city and he finds you eventually.
