tiburseffxi Posted September 13, 2006 Share Posted September 13, 2006 Hi there everyone i have serious problem with oblivion and it has a serious problem with me! it loves to slow down to a slide show, it loves to make me use that god awful very low setting, and it absolutely Loves to stutter!. Now first off like very good tech help post should start with is specs! so heres everything on the front of my computerAMD athalon 64 processor 3700+Windows XpIntergrated Nvdia GeForce 6150 Le2Gb of ram (Note underneath the part with my Gfx card it says PCI express slot, Whats that mean) 200GB HDD Now i was wondering is there anyway to disable things like the glow from magic attacks, Sparks, Glow from Oblivion gates, And what ever else my be slowing the hell out of my computer from 28 FPS to 9 FPS when i am near gates, Magic, Torches, Fire, Etc. (And thats when im on low setting in the landscape not in cities cities are an automatic 12-8 FPS.When i first instaslled oblivion it said Based on your hardware visual settings will be set to medium detail.Please anyone help me shoe me a mod, A tweak anything please just dont make me have to use that awful very low graphics setting!
