How to use presets?

Hey I wanted my character to look like either the Reagan character preset or the Jasmine character preset

 

Got both, and on my FOMM I can check either box what I want. but it doesnt matter which one I check, my character still looks how she always did. how do I use the preset?

I believe you should type in the console

showplasticsurgeonmenu

and one of the presets will be what you downloaded.

however, her skin color is different (I play a white character)

 

I tried before getting Jasmine character, who was black, but all the presets were white. how can I change the skin color?

You have to change your race to whatever race that character is (African American for Jasmine) using showracemenu. Warning: changing your race will break your perks and you'll have to look up all of their codes and remove them and then readd them through the console.
