Vulpes95
I spent all day setting up Blender so it would import .nif files, and I finally got it to work, kinda. The problem? When I go to import my .nif files, they appear, but are is greyed out and can not be imported. Before you ask, I am trying to import a male body mesh (0 weight) that I altered in NifSkope according to the information in this article: Creating an Armour for Skyrim, Part 1 In short, I changed the values of "user version" and "user version 2" to 11 and 34, respectively, and deleted the "BSLightingShaderProperty" node. What else do I need to do before Blender will let me import my meshes? Additional information: Blender Version: 2.49bPython Version: 2.6.6PyFFI: 2.1.11Blender .nif Scripts: 2.5.
M48A5
The order of installation is also important. The tools should be installed in this order: Python Blender PyFFI Nif Scripts NifSkope Also, according to the Blender - NifTools download page, "Blender Nif Scripts2.5.9 No official Skyrim support, workarounds available" Edited March 24, 2015 by M48A5
