Actually had a grand idea like this. Small quests mods that support a career. Something like a compilation of all the good gameplay and quest mods and bringing them into the framework of a career in the wasteland.

 

Even created a flowchart for it.

 

But between trying to make the mods listed there to work together, creating interest in the quests due to lack of story and balancing perks/rewards for achieving the entire questline, this was too epic for an amateur modder to create.

even after completing old world blues there appears to be no way to get either securitrons, lobomites or any of the machines under control therefore im requesting some kind of quest that lets u fix the securitrons and make the lobomites docile perhaps even venture pass the barrier that knocks u out

how about a quest were you learn to forge weapons, like swords and other interesting weapons? You have to scavenge, mine, and chop wood. Also, you get abducted in a cave and wake up in a crazy scientists dungeon, he refers to himself as the D.M. ;) and the dungeon is filled with his custom "fantasy creatures" and merchants that he has captured, forced to sell his weapons and armor, which are, oddly enough, from fantasy style games *cough* oblivion *cough*. Also laser sword weaponry and "staffs" used to "cast" spells. He is the last boss and his weapon is his pet dragon, which is a mutated lizard with wings and the texture shows that.

 

Seriously I mean that, or if that is not lore friendly enough

 

a city added on possibly Washington or Seattle? Maybe both? One is a quest in a large burned out city ( Seattle) and then Washington gives us some nice lush forested area with more woods, like Honest Hearts did? And maybe some nice snow capped mountains! Sorry when I dream I tend to go big :biggrin:

I was thinking of perhaps a maze that's vast and large as maybe a simulation or maybe even a part of the sierra madre vault that was hinted by Elijah when he said "don't touch anything and don't go into the vault" it could be maybe a prison possible in Big mountain (which in concept art had a lot of unseen areas)

With the Mad Science mod you can make lobotomites (if you take it's perk after taking the Mad Science perk) and RobCo Certified allows you to take control of different robots that you have taken down, after repairing them.

I'd like a quest mod that works kind of like New Vegas Bounties, except that you get to be a detective, and if you take the first few quests, you get your own detective outfit, Tommy gun, and player home that functions as a hub for more detective quests. The detective quests could be investigating mysterious murders, disappearances of people/valued possessions, etc. And once you complete all the available detective quests you can still take down some criminals (fiends, raiders, thugs, etc.) for some caps. There aren't a lot of detective mods I see, so this could be a great mod to have if you're feeling a bit hard boiled and want to solve some Noir-esque mysteries.

I think there should be a long quest that intertwines with mothership zeta crew from another a recruits perspective. Idk but I'll break it down.

 

Four years have passed since fallout 3, meaning the lone wanderer has gained a firm grip on the capital wasteland.

He then feels it is now appropriate to expand, setting his sights on the mojave.

There you are, courier six, merely wandering the wastes when suddenly a odd looking ship lands not to far from you.

The courier then go's to see what it is. As he get's there he is greeted by some of the thunderfist unit. The leader tells how they were sent there on a mission to expand to the mojave. You offer your help since you are familiar with the land.

The first objective is to get at least a grasp to the mojave, in other words recruits.

You suggest the brotherhood of steel located as hidden valley

After a bunch quests you do in order to convince them to join the tsc, they agree to join.

After the thunderfist unit leader is impressed, she invites you to join them on the tsc ship Olympus.

Impressed, you ask who the leader of the organization is, which everyone replies simply as "the commander"

You never meet the commander face to face, as he is always busy.

 

That's all i can really think of right now. But i believe there should be quests that take you to foreign lands just as the original mothership zeta crew did.

Maybe you go to places like london to create another alliance? Idk what do you guys think?

I would like to see a quest(mod) that reminds of Resident evil (and ye I SAID REMINDS) Like if someone or some people did a mod where you are in a spooky swamp seartching for clues on where to find a G.e.c.k in a haunted mansion.
Lets say an abandon pre-enclave mansion, where they did horrifying experiments on abducted people ( as Ganon says in NV . Makes it more lore frindly).

At the start of the quest you travel with (insert-name-here) caravan and when you arrives at the stop (right infront of the mansion) they all gets eaten by ghouls > you escape to the mansion > epic quest begins.
