New Vegas Mod Detectives

Hey how's it going guys, I'm looking for a mod I had a while back that increased only the ghouls spawns. I'm also looking for another mod that made it to where ghouls could only be killed by headshots. I accidentally erased my saved load order so I can't find it anywhere. I'm also open to doing this myself in the GECK if anyone could walk me through how to do it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Is there a fix for these Power Armor's bug?

When you sit down the shoulder pads will rotate and clip inside the body. The same glitch also occurs with the T-51b.

Simple: "Ghost in the Shell" mods.

I understand the rules call for only asking about mods that I know exist, so I'm only asking about the GITS outfit on the right in particular:

However, it would be fantastic if someone not only knew of that outfit, but also of anything else GITS-related. Kusanagi and/or Batou are preferred, but I'll take what I can get. :P Rather seems strange to me that more hasn't been made (at least publicly) as I'm sure there's gotta be some Fallout modders who have big interest in Ghost in the Shell. Thanks for your time, and if anything good comes up, well... I'm engaged, so I can only almost love you, but I'll almost love you a lot! :D

Ok this is going to be a hard one to find, because it might have been for Oblivion or FO3. But just to be safe I thought I would post here.

 

So it's not really a "mod" it's a modders resource. From what I remember it had a lot of models, none of them were in the nif format and there was a fair amount of japanese type items.

 

Not to much to go on I know but this is all I can remember.

They are quite some mods, mostly cause of the EULA I guess, still finding explanation isn't easy.

 

So, in case, does someone has a copy of "A Sexual Wasteland" available ?
