Does anyone know if these two mods cover all the DLCs?

The first one definitely does cover the DLCs (I've used it).

 

For the second one the change log makes some references to lonesome road weapons in the change log so I assume it atleast covers some of the DLC weapons

I've been looking for a mod that adds functions like "shift clicking an item moves/sells/buys/drops all of that item without bringing up a confirmation window"

I'm sure there's one out there I'm just not sure how to word a search for it.

i am looking for a mod that increasses walk speed and run speed of JUST your character, not npc. i have downloaded 2 so far and they both adjust npc as well which is dumb. i dont want it to take forever to walk/run wherever. the default run speed is so slow it makes the game almost unbearable to play cause youre spending most of your time just trying to get somewhere

As for the actual mod itself, its based off of a game called Black Light Retribution and the specific name of that helmet is called Allied R5X GHOST, which was originally from a mod called Black Light;

Hey guys,

 

I know that this is a longshot, but I know, KNOW for certain that I had a mod that expanded Radio New Vegas. This mod did not have the functionality of the other radio mods, like Conelrad, where it added songs that were of the age of atomics, but had nothing to do with the actual game.

 

This radio mod added songs that were titles of quests to Radio New Vegas, and nothing more, so for example it had Sinatra's Ring a Ding Ding (Dealing with Benny), One For My Baby, and Eddie Fischer's Oh My Papa, and Hank Williams' Cold Cold Heart (Legion quest from Nipton).

 

I know I had this mod because I had it in my own game. I've used the Download History feature on New Vegas, and did not spot it in my list. I'm going to go through the mods that I had and try to look and see if I somehow copied my Load Order list to my External HD. So far i've found stuff from my days playing Oblivion for God's sake, major facepalm that I didn't adopt the same rigor with FNV.

 

Ah well, I'll keep looking to see if I can track it down, but in the mean time, I know that it existed at some point, I just can't seem to find it. I don't know why anyone would want to delete it... maybe the author got banned and their mods subsequently taken down? I don't know why that could be, does anyone know how a mod could be removed from Nexus? As far as I knew, it was perfectly legit, and wasn't about copyright, since CONELRAD uses a HUGE amount of music that would surely have the same kind of issues, yet it is perfectly fine and up as we speak. It's a shame, since I might have to request it be made my someone else, and no one else might not have the music files to get the job done (I only have some of the files, not nearly all of them).

 

Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated, you guys are rather thorough on the Nexus :P.
