I've been pondering putting up an adventure type map (skylands, etc) for a while and this might be the time. (current map would be saved, obviously). It wouldn't be entirely no plugins, but minimal. I'd say when minecart boosters work again. But of course, sometimes there are places you can't build a minecart track (Plus I still think the sheer cost of iron for it is atrocious).
