Switch
"Sounds good!" Elbras heads on up the path behind Kyrykki back to Suran. "Oh, but I believe I still owe you a drink. So yours at least, is on me." He smiles.

Sol'Kanar
Reylas invokes his ring of invisibility and unsummons the daedric weapon, swiftly catching up to the rest of the group as the spell fades. Appearing directly next to Kyrykki, Reylas says coldly, "You bumbling oaf. My arrow would have been the only chance you had if they saw what you did. What I did was the best course of action to protect YOUR worthless life. Cretin!" The wood elf's black eyes stare angrilly at Kyrykki.

Sol'Kanar
Yes, indeed there is a problem, Elbras. It's this sack of deadweight NORD! I am ashamed to even be a distant acquaintance of him, let alone call him ally!
Peregrine
To All Characters:As you walk off towards Suran, you hear fragments of a conversation behind you. "they know? Pause. "Those fools? Nah, they fell for" something you can't understand. "be sure." Something that sounds like a name. "won't be pleased if" something else you don't hear. Then the voice stops suddenly. You hear the scrape of metal on metal, and running footsteps behind you. Looking back, you see the three Imperial guards charging at you, swords drawn. Daemarian
Wondering why fellow Legionnaires would be attacking him, Saeroth turns facing the attackers and draws his sword "now what do you think your doing!?" <ooc> so I'm just going to do this, I'm not sure how D&D combat goes <ic> holds his shield to deflect a chop or slash attack from the left and strikes at the nearest apponent with an attack aimed at the side of his chest <ooc> how was that for an attack? I am right in assuming that was all that I needed to say, Peregrine will calculate the out come of it?
Peregrine
<ooc: you've got the idea> To Saeroth:You turn to meet their charge, shield held ready. As one of the guards closes with you, he lunges with his sword, aiming for a quick kill. You bring your shield around to block, slashing across his chest as you do it. You manage to block his attack, but the force of the blow knocks you off balance, and your return swing hits only air. Realizing that he won't be able to get a quick end to the fight, your opponent settles into a defensive stance, waiting for an opening in your defense. Sol'Kanar
Meylas runs back several paces to give himself room to fire. Bringing to mind the same incantation he used earlier, he quickly holds a daedric longbow in his hand. Raising the bow to eye level, he notches an arrow to it, sights on the lead guard, and fires, aiming for the neck.
Peregrine
To Meylas:Your release your arrow, and it strikes your target just off of where you aimed. Instead of a fatal neck shot, you hit his shoulder, piercing partway through his chain mail armor. From the blood that flows from the wound, you think that you done some minor damge. With his sword hand, he snaps the arrow free, screaming half in rage and half in pain. He brings his sword down in a backhand slash at your chest, the point of the blade cutting through your armor and across your ribs. A minor wound, but a painful one. As he backs off a step, you notice that his shield arm is moving a bit oddly, as if your arrow had hit something important there.
