Malchik
Kyrykki looks up, annoyed. "I said the Eight Plates, Khar-tul. You're lucky I'm an ailurophile. Long as you give me my own space we'll get along just fine. Sit aways off, please. But I'll stand you the drink, I promised it before." Kyrykki throws coins to the barkeep to cover the cost of the Khajiit's drink. He hunches over the table so that no one can see what he is doing. As soon as he has made (and stuffed into another pocket) a decent copy of the dwemer sketch, he joins Khar-tul. "So what do you make of what we've seen so far?" he asks. Switch
Elbras wanders off and has a short walk around the town, thinking about all that's happened so far. He then makes his way towards the Eight Plates about 30 minutes later.
LALALA
"Well I can only say that i want to know something more about Habassa",says Khar-tul,"Maybe we should ask the locals about it.I hope that I will find my parents there"
Malchik
Kyrykki looks sympathetic. "Yeah, that's a bummer but at least you know what race they were. I never saw my father. All I know is that he wasn't a Nord. It's hard to believe. I look so like the other Nords." He twists one of his pale, blond plaits, thoughtfully. "But you can't miss someone you never knew. I hope you find an answer. Now I'm heading over to the Eight Plates. It's getting late and I haven't booked a room yet." He indicates that Khar-tul is welcome to join him and makes his way to the Eight Plates ignoring the drunks around him as best he can. There seem to be rather a lot of them. He has often pretended to be drunk when trying to learn information. No one bothers to keep quiet around a man barely able to stand. He keeps his hand on his sword conscious that the drawing he has may be a magnet to the unscrupulous. He hopes no one beyond his fellow questers knows that he has it. Switch
Elbras enters the Eight Plates and notices Kyrykki. "Hey there!" He walks up to him. "I believe I still owe you a drink... what'll you have?" He smiles.
Malchik
"Hi, Elbras." Kyrykki smiles back. "I'd murder a tankand of flin, thanks." He books a room and then sits at a table waiting for Elbras to join him. Few of their fellow questers have yet arrived. As Elbras comes over, he pulls out the copy drawing discretely as if it were simply a letter. He hands it to Elbras without a word.
Switch
Elbras sets his usual bottle of Shein down on the table and hands Kyrykki his Flin, then proceeds to sit down. "Er..." He looks at the drawing for a moment. "What is it?"
Malchik
Kyrykki thanks Elbras for the drink and nods to the drawing. "I don't know what it is. I was rather hoping you could tell me. You've been around, haven't you? There's nothing like this up in Solstheim. All I can guess is that it's a Dwemer design." He pauses, then adds in a whisper. "It's a copy. Everyone knows I've got the original. Would you keep this? I've no reason to suppose it's dangerous but that man can appear and disappear at will. And he can get through locked doors. I'd like to have some insurance. My memory's pretty good but not eidetic."
