To Reylas:

"That'll be 45 gold sir," the captain replies. Once he has your payment, he points to the crates being loaded on the boat. "We'll be leaving in about 20 minuites, once I've got all my cargo aboard. But you can go ahead and grab a seat now if you want."

To Corithalion:

As you stand on the hill looking around, the only thing you see is the nearby daedric ruins, just barely visible through the fog. As you look towards the ruins, a strange silence seems to surround you, all the noise grows distant and a bit of the warmth fades from your world. A feeling of age and tiredness flows through you, like you've been on this quest for far too long. That first meeting in Balmora seems a very distant memory, faded as if 400 years in the past. Then, as suddenly as it came, the feeling leaves you, and all returns to normal.

<ooc: wow, 400 posts... I think that may be a new forum record... and just think, you've barely begun the story!>

Noting the tavern for future reference, Kyrykki nudges Elbras and hurries over to join the rest of the party. "Nothing unusually on the road from Gnisis. We're told visitors use that small tavern but we haven't made any enquiries there yet. Have you discovered anything?"

(OOC: Yep that's a new record. The longest thread before was the Search for the Golden Horn, 15 pages long. Congratulations! :D)

Elbras joins the rest of the party also.

"Yeah, but I doubt a tavern that visitors use would be very helpful. People who come here won't be staying for long I wouldn't think, locals would be more likely to have seen something. But I could be wrong..."

<ooc: Well, now that I'm a mod, new rule now in effect. Death in my game = permanent ip ban on the forums!>

To Shadow:

As you pull back the arrow, the closest one yells to the others. "I've got another one here!" As he says this, he stabs at you with his sword. The point strikes your chest, but fails to penetrate your armor. The blow does stun you and knock you off balance, and your arrow flies off randomly away from the guards. As both the closest guards prepare for another attack, you hear a yell from somewhere nearby. "Don't kill him! We need one alive!"

To Reylas:

The only seats available are rather uncomfortable wood benches on apparently placed in whatever small space between crates was available. Fortunately for you, its a short trip. Your efforts at concealment seem to work, as none of the other passengers now arriving pay even the slightest bit of attention to you. Above you, you hear the captain yelling to someone. "Boat's leaving in five minuites, be aboard or you're swimming!"
