I mean the dragon creature that allow u to fly.

the dragon is called akatosh mount and the cloths the character is wearing is called shaiya outfit.

0. Akatosh Mount (Search function is your friend)

1. Console command 'tfc'(Toggle Free Camera).

2. Looks like the character is custom race using Ren's head meshes. Probably her Mystic Elf(part of Ren's Beauty Pack), but can be anything(So many custom races use Ren's resources!).
