Home near Jacobstown

I really like the "mood" of that place, the snow, the mountain, the pine trees, nearly everything.

*well I hate the mantis spawns* XD

I'd like to have a home near Jacobstown. An exterrior cell house if possible. I love those kind of mods, but they are in the desert. It should be plain and simple, only the essential needs. A clean bed, workbench, ammo workbench (or whatever is that) a fridge, a stove (if it's possible I'd like to use it as I can use the camp fires all over the land) some containers, and thats about all I need.

The Wooden Hut resource made by RegentEagle is pretty awsome, and it's an exterrior cell house just like I want, but I'm no modder, so I hit the wall. :wallbash:

Place it somewhere in the forest on a celaring, or make a clearing somewhere if you can't find any. I'd like to have a little pond too, and some benches arround the pond.

Place a fence arround the place, not a NCRCF kind of fence, just a regular one with one entrance in the front.

Also, clear out the mantis spawns arround the area, I hate them, as I sad earlier. Navmesh it please, I'm dragging arround a good amount of companions with me. Oh, and a map marker would be good too.

I like the idea and wouldn't mind the mantis spawn - I actually enjoy defending my home! :biggrin:

 

Storage is important though - and no game breaking or extra equipment... everyone has to place an 'awsome' weapon or armour in their places (because their places are obviously s*** without the added inducement I suppose?) and I therefore never get them*.

 

*Okay, I got Bella's Bunker but it came with a companion I was really after - I chose to ignore the extra gear and once even gave it to my companions to carry to a lake so I could dump it all! LOL

Awsome ! I just waited for the one week to make a bump, but I saw this instead, wow, new comments. Cool.

If the lighting and autolocking front door is possible without FOSE/NVSE I'll take them, otherwise no please.

I saw some cool mods that could be implanted into this. I told I wanted an oven, well, well, well, someone made that allready, the future maker of this mod just have to get premission to use the mod : Oven cooking by Povuholo. And thx again for the bumps, it's appreciated. :)

I've not started yet. Still dicking around with potential sites. Any suggestions? The cliff above the Remnants bunker seems a good spot.

Yes, it seems. As for suggestions. I'd like to have at least one window directed to east. You know, the first rays of light would look awsome like that. Don't you think ? :)

I'm currently doing this project but it situated at the Goodspring beside Doc Mitchels house..

Currently doing some exterior and some minor interior.. :pinch:

As I said, I like those exterrior house mods, but they are all in other places, not in the snowy mountains so, I'm not really interested in that. Good luck anyway.
