Jeir Posted April 14, 2015 Share Posted April 14, 2015 By default, face/body mods for female adults affect ALL female adults, no matter if they're PC or NPC. There is no such thing as a 'vanilla player only body/face mod'. The only way to get such mods to be player-only is to use a custom race, or a mod that separates player from NPC meshes/textures. The only cosmetic things that are usually player-only are things that add to the char creation screen, not replace things. So, new hair/eyes/makeup/warpaints/etc. I've never used RaceMenu, but it gives option to pretty much sculpt the face yourself, and there are plugins that let you reshape the body as well, so you could try that.
