LE Ring of Disease Immunity and Pugilist?

This is an odd request, I know. After about 45 minutes of Googling and trying to make sense of the CK's enchanting system to no useful end - I thought I'd ask for it here.

 

Basically, I'd like to ask if anyone is willing to make a ring with 100% disease immunity along with 15 points of unarmed damage. To be clear, I'd like both enchantments in the same ring. You can name the ring whatever you want, but might I suggest naming it YOUR name (ie. Knayru's Blessing) so I'll remember the nice person who made this for me. :D

There's a Magic Effect called "AbResistDisease" and a Magic Effect called "AbFortifyUnarmedDamage".

 

Assuming you have a ring already made, create a new Enchantment with both of the above as Effects listed in the new Enchantment. Adjust "AbResistDisease" to 100. Adjust "AbFortifyUnarmedDamage" to 5. Now you have a ring of Disease Immunity and Fortify Unarmed Damage.
