Gettin' Kicked/Banned from chat for a single comment?

Alroight alroight mates here it is plain and simple. Mr. Grimm our resident moderator be kicking someone because they brought up paid mods, I comment once, "Police state intensifies," and get banned from the chat. Now what's the fairness in that I wonder. Can moderators do whatever they wish? Are we not allowed to speak if we think something is unfair?

From the terms of service:

These moderators have a right to carry out their task without harassment, insult or hassle. Members who believe that a member of staff is not conducting themselves properly should get in contact with Robin via the forums or email. Know that if Robin receives word of any members harassing or being rude to Nexus site staff then he will take every action possible to permanently remove them from his sites.

- and for your information, it was myself that kicked you.

We already informed people that the paid mods topic was off limits in the chat, and some people didn't listen.

I was not harassing, insulting, or hassling anyone. Nor was I on the topic of paid mods. Anyways, aside from that, I can take kicking me for a single comment as hassling me, as I see it is.

You need to be honest with yourself, I myself have warned you about what you say in chat a few times at least, and I am not even a moderator, I was just trying to keep you out of trouble.

No one has ever said anything to me in chat once, until now. So I have absolutely no idea what you're on about. If you can refresh my memory, please go ahead. Otherwise, don't just blindly side with the guys who want to paint out the picture of the villain, as I know they will try to do to me.

@Runehat

It is fairly obvious that you have not read and understood the Terms of Service. One part of which states that moderator's actions are not to be discussed in the open forum. There are means available if you feel you are being mistreated.

Also, it seems you did not read past "hassle." You should go back and read what Dante has copy/pasted. It tells you what to do if you feel you have been mistreated.

I might have skimmed it over. :sweat: Then reread it. Either way, it matters not, as my comment was a joke. What type of world is a world where one cannot tell a joke? :cool: Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah.
