Open your mouth, and I will toss a kernel in hope I can get it in thine, and then I will open mine, and we will see if we be any good as pirates tossing kernels to their certain demise. arrgggh. :pirate: Take that! And another kernel is down.

When I was young, and still living with my mum, we would always open our main presents at 6pm on Christmas Eve. Apparently it's something they do in Germany, where my mum grew up. Used to get a stocking full of little sundries to open on the day itself though. Also, on the 5th December, we used to have to leave a wish list for St Nick on a plate, with a mince pie and sherry and a carrot, when we came downstairs on the morning of the 6th, they'd all be gone, but the plate would be filled with chocolates and sweets. Used to do that right up until I left home at 19, lol, I'm quite happy to pretend I still believe in Santa for a plate full of chocolates!

all y'all are better then mine,all my father side of the family goes over to my grandfathers house for you know who can get the most bruises by the end of the day(who needs to be good pain is fun :wallbash: :biggrin: )

My family all gets together and each of us acts like we like one another. :D

 

Kidding. From a big Italian family though, and I don't always even meet everyone that stops over. Just a big old family get together with dinner, etc. Nothing too special.
