Other Heroes

Hey, I don't know if this has been done before but I would like a mod that adds other Heroes into Cyrodiil. I find it strange how there is only one guy/girl in the world who can venture into Oblivion itself and destroy all inhabitants of the island and destroy the gate or the only capable warrior who loots ruins without killing themselves.

 

Is there any mod that adds fully scripted heroes and legendary people to Oblivion? (so they wander the world, hire rooms in inns, hunt monsters etc.)

 

If there is'nt, would it be possible to do something like this?

I'm not sure if it adds heroes from the Elder Scrolls lore, but this mod does add people that could be considered heroes.

Yeah I had a look at Heroes of Cyrodiil and it seemed good but they never actually went exploring or anything, they just stood in one spot rendering them a bit useless tbh. Is there any mod that adds full A.I packaged NPCs who actually explore, search through ruins, hunt monsters etc. They don't have to be from the Elder Scrolls Lore, just another guy/gal who wants to make Cyrodiil a safer place or something.

Sounds like to me you want other players roaming around, doing quests.

To do this, you would have to make some special AI packages for them to run around throughout Cyrodiil. Not many people want to do this though, because its pretty time consuming (not the NPCs or AI packages, but the placing of them throughout Cyrodiil with their AI packages fully working and they loot dungeons and such. To do the dungeon thing, the player would have to be there anyway, so they're still pretty useless :mellow: )

Yeah, fair enough. I just thought it would add a little more realism to the game.

Yeah, you're looking for an MMO. Me, I'm MMO'd out...and I don't want some showboat stealing loot or doing quests intended for me, it's bad enough have Mazoga the Orc stealing all my kills in Rockmilk Cave...

Yeah, I mean more characters like Mazoga. They don't have to do quests or anything but yeah, I see your point

and I would play an MMO if Oblivion was one
