[or at least one of them...] 1. Author just left. Happens all the time, and with good modders. Strangely took all work down. 2. Fallout's biped paths/skeleton are different yest similar to oblivions. He/She had to recreate both from scratch 3. About two months ago from this post. 4. Sadly no. The author did not want his/her works redistributed. I'm sure someone will post his/her work on the nexus somewhere eventually though. I guess I might release it one day. I have all updates archived on my comp. I'd die without his/her mods.
