khajiitdruidgirl
So... I'm a noob. My landscape editor in CK was working when I started out. I added the lines in skyrimeditor.ini to get it to load multiple masters, but other than that I didn't do anything to it. I've tried making new exterior cells (world spaces) and not only does CK not follow (apparently) the information given for land/water height, the landscape editor doesnt work at all! It will come up, but when I mouse over the render window, it gives me the cross mouse as if I'm trying to move the view. Wont do a thing. Anybody else have this problem? Also, CK makes my new world spaces really wonky. Such as, planes on the same height, but they appear in different levels in the render window and in-game. I've un/reinstalled CK twice. Help me please!
BlackShruikan
Sometimes is happen because the mouse is not precise.Do you using a different mouse than usual. This is happen to me once but it wasn't fault of the CK. Try using "Verify Intergrity of game cache" in Steam as well.

Try using "Verify Intergrity of game cache" in Steam as well. I've got a razor Naga mouse, and I'd say it works pretty well. I'll check, but I don't think the mouse is the problem. If it is, thank you! But thanks anyways :

Help me please! Two things 1. In the Landscape Editor is Show Edit Radius ticked 2. If you are only getting a crossed cursor, tap F5 to refresh the render window. Depending how many grids to load are set in the render window properties, will effect how many cells you can actually edit. When you created your new Worldspace in the WorldSpaces window did you set the default Land and Water Height. If you are using the World Height Map Editor in the CK, it is BROKEN http://www.creationkit.com/Heightmap_Editing
khajiitdruidgirl
Show radius is ticked, not using heightmap, and I set the land and water height. I've tried refreshing the render window, but ill check the properties. Thanks!
MotoSxorpio
Try OSCAPE for generating lods. Try TES5LODGEN if you have already generated lods. Try DynDOLOD if you have all the above. There are WIP threads for the above on bethesda forums and a few have other threads as well. CK isn't (seemingly) the best tool for generating LODs and such. Good luck on your project! Good luck on your project!Lol I literally just started using CK a few weeks ago. I have no idea how LODs would apply to just using the landscape editor... Especially since it was working two weeks ago, but wont work on ANY cells now.

I can't change the height or anything. Its making me angry. I almost beat my computer :/
