ENB Invisible Surroundings

Hi there. I started using Opethfeldt ENB and when running ENB Injector all surroundings inside are gone. All you see is sky and floating markers. When you go outside. All lights are missing, This includes candles, torches, water, ambient light. It's just very flat looking. All fire is completely gone but the sound effect for it is there. When closing ENB Injector and launching SKSE. Everything is normal. Except the ENB is off.

 

Any idea what is causing this? Here is my load order if that helps. I just did a clean re-install in order to try out new graphical enhancers and make use of two new SLI GTX 980's. I have also installed about 30 4K Texture and Mesh replacers that have no plugin.

Hmmm, would be easier with a screenshot, but it could be one of a couple things..

 

1) Did you remember to set bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 in your Skyrimprefs.ini?

2) Skyrim is notoriously broken when it comes to Crossfire and SLI, and with a little research, you can find some solutions to using SLI with Skyrim.

 

Also, any particular reason you chose injector? You sort of really want to use SKSE along with your ENB.

 

Let us know what you find out.

Here are three screenshots of what the game looks like when ENB Injector is turned on. Of course everything looks normal when it's turned off. But I really would like to use this ENB.

I tried cleaning the save file, thinking it was just excess scripts but that didn't do anything. My Nvidia settings haven't been tampered with. I checked my SkyrimPrefs.ini but didn't see anything that would cause this.

As for the Injector. I've always used it with previous installs and just thought it was the best option. I've installed it multiple times in the past and did everything exactly as described in the installation procedure. But just for a controlled variable I'm going to uninstall and re-install the ENB preset to see if maybe a file or two got overwritten or something. In the mean time here are the pictures and a copy of my .ini which should for the most part still be vanilla with just a few added lines.

Looks like you forgot to turn off anisotropic filtering. If that's the case you likely forgot to turn off anti-aliasing too. Disable both and see if that resolves your issues.

Hey! Would you look at that. BlackRampage, you were absolutely right. And here I was worrying about files in the /data folder. I totally forgot that ENB Injector won't work without those turned off. It's been a year since I last touched this. Thank you so much! The game looks great now and holds at a solid 60FPS.
