can someone make a fatigue mod

that makes it so when you run out of fatigue

that you cannot run jump or do any power attacks

Have a look at Realistic Fatigue and Basic Physical Activities. When you use both together you will walk or run slower as you lose fatigue (after you get down below a certain threshold) and if your fatigue drops too low your character will collapse. Better yet it also affects NPCs (so fatigue spells can be a useful fighting strategy).

 

Both mods come with an INI file so you can adjust settings to your preference.
