First off, Russians are not Europeans, East or West, they defined themselves.

Second, It will probably take a beefy Computer to run Skyrim at max settings but one doesnt need to max out the settings to have an enjoyable beautiful game.

Third, Russians can have the shiny amulet because they havent been wussified to the point that anything even remotely resembling a choking hazard has not been outlawed :P

Fourth, no Im not Russian :D

Unless the previewer can state the specs of the computer in question and the FPS that it was getting at max settings it's not of much use to us. You can build a pretty flashy looking rig that's quite weak hardware wise. Or, it could have been a true high end computer, but he may have been getting 100 FPS with it for all we know.
