Xeniorn
When I was very young (That's circa 6 years ago or something like that :P ) I enjoyed watching "Xena the Warrior Princess". Also I've had a fetish towards the letter "X" as long as I can remember and the fact "Xeniorn" could be somewhat translated as "the Stranger" gives some mystery to the name so it just happened that I used that name for my second character in Morrowind and kept using it in most of the games and on most forums and webpages ever since. Lord Slyther
My tag? Well, a friend of mine helped me come up with the name Slyther. Because we were younger, and was playing those card games, that's how I got the tag. Plus, I'd rather be a king of my own people while playing Oblivion. So altogether form Lord Slyther myself. Abramul
With all the new members joining lately, I thought it would be nice to get this thread back! :) I also fixed the link to the first thread, which is really old. There I still spelled 'I' as 'i'. Perhaps I shouldn't have fixed it after all. (I was still doing that at the start of this thread too I see now!) :thumbsup:Ik is not capitalized except at the beginning of a sentence, if Wiktionary's current entry is correct. Therefore, it's understandable. ----- Another name I used, as I've mentioned in threads not devoted to usernames, is PsychoKitten, which I primarily use for FPS games. A kitten (sometimes) attacks anything that moves. Mix that attitude with suicidally insane aggression, a disregard for self-inflicted damage, and a taste for heavy weapons, and you get an idea of how my play style used to be. Now, it serves as a reminder that I, too, was once ineffectual.
Viblo
Viblo is a alternative version of my real name, Vífill, in fact, for those who have hard time pronouncing my real name name correctly. I don't know where it started but I think this is the first place where I used it. My other, and my more used, nickname is Ashlander and would've probably been more appropriate in these forums but it obviously, for most of you guys, is taken from TES series :> Vif... kungfubellydancer
Kungfubellydancer; hmmm, a quite unimaginative name, basically describing my two favorite hobbies of the time. I've had this name for a couple years, but I don't really like it. Oh well. My other hobbies are gaming, target practice, singing, swimming drawing, pc graphics, cleaning, but I can't call myself kungfubellydancegamingtargetpracticesingswimmingdrawpcgraphicscleaner, now can I? WoogieMonster
Woogie is my real nickname, it's a fairly common name where I live. I've always worn really dark glasses even in uniform and during a hostile boarding training op, my team took tactical hold of the helo hanger of our sister ship, the USS Ticonderoga. It should have been empty but one guy was working late, so on orders, I took him out... or I would have, but he turned and saw me at the last second. The sight of a 6-foot bald guy in black tacs and black glasses coming out of the shadows with a shotgun must have been too much for him: he was so eager to get away that he forgot he was standing next to a SH-60B and when he turned to run he face-planted into the side of the helo and knocked himself out. We had to stop the drill to make sure he wasn't dead. At the mission debriefing, the XO called me "WoogieMonster" and it got a big laugh and so the nickname stuck. Chesto
'sighs'... time to lower the tone. Again. When I was a youth, the main topic of philosphical discussion was whether one was a **ts man, an **s man, or a leg man. I panicked when asked for a nickname, on joining this site, so my past resurfaced. And I added an 'o' to what had been my predeliction when observing the finer aspects of the female form. Though I seem to have switched to being an **s man. Obviously had to clean things up a bit : **tso, or even **so , would not have been acceptable, I am sure. Besides being ludicrous. :blush:Freddycashmercury- glad to have the explanation of your tag. Thought, before, that your 'name' was a political comment about the divine Freddy. Marcus Wolfe
Mark's my first name, but cool people call me Marcus. Replacing your last name with your favorite animal is pretty standard, so I added an e on the end for extra flair.
