I like it that... Some things are still the same. Some things have changed. For good, or ill, this place is still a bit like life. There remain names here which put a squeeze on my heart, still... for all the right and wrong reasons. The fact that they still do means Im not dead yet... and this is a very mixed blessing. Continuity cuts, and heals, all at the same time. I might come back six months from now, and say all of this all over again.

I like it that Christmas is over for another year! *grumbles* Every fekkin year! The same bloody thing! Millions of family that one wouldnt cross the road to spit on, and having to spend time in close proximity with them. Roll on New Years Eve! I like it that human... got hitched without a hitch. But surely...that would mean ... that all he and his new mrs got was 'ed'. Hmmm...now ...what word could go in front of 'ed' to make any sense of that situation? I like word games. I like it that at sometime during my birthday in January I will turn 100! ...or does it only feel that way? Anyway...Happy Economic Crisis to one and all! I like looking on the bright side. If the '30s were dirty, then ...what are the '09s ?

In case I dont make it back before the day, as annual cold is paying me a visit, I would like to wish everyone the happiest of Christmasses. For me, no mistletoe required; got plenty of that last night. Her flight landed at around 7:30pm Seoul time. She's asleep behind me right now... tapped-out from jetlag. I like having her here. :D (EDIT: It was fun for me, making the announcement of the ceremony at my Squadron's close-out formation on Friday... and getting to say to the whole squadron, regarding the reception, "If you show up and eat my food and drink my beer without at-least attending the ceremony, I will call you a Rat male without a father for the rest of your life!" Something tells me that human... and fiance didnt wait til it was legal. I like that kind of anarchy. *snorts* I would like anyone who has seen a missing lisnpuppy to report her whereabouts. ah ic but ive never heard of anyone being held back for "safety" reasons Back in my day (yeah, when dinosaurs walked the earth), that meant the person was born after September 1st, and not officially old enough to start kindergarten. Born September 5th. Mom lied to the school board about my birthday to get me in early. I like my mom for that one. I like that my fiancee will be arriving in less than five days!
