freemanphd
And I'm quite sure that this game will ruin my life. I don't feel bad about it. Thoughts? Anyone else looking forward to saying goodbye to their friends and loved ones? And in all seriousness, who else is excited about the extracurricular activities like cooking and smithing? SoLoMaGiK
Man I can't wait to get my issue! I'm excited about the cooking and stuff, it just enhances the Role-Playing element to me.
scot
I like the cooking idea.Maybe they will make a hardcore mode like there is in fallout new vegas where you need to eat and drink and sleep, don´t see much point in cooking if those features are not going to be there.I also like the idea of smithing and would be really great if we could customize our weapons but that´s pushing XD

freemanphd
I always love a game that has those little mundane role-playing tidbits. One of the reasons I was so drawn to the Fable series before it went off the deep end with 3. And yes, I would really hope they put in a "hardcore" mode, instant pick for me. And if not? Hey, that's what the Nexus is for right?
bellyrump
Hmm.. im pretty sure that il be playing this game non-stop for a while. Expecially if cooking, smithing and other daily (NORDIC) things are in there. As every so often a gam like this comes out (Oblivion, Morrowing) and it blows my mind. :) i love you bethesda
CrunchyMoogle
What month is the Game Informer? I still haven't gotten mine!
mrpepperkitty
Since you're in Skyrim, I believe outdoors survival should be part of the hardcore mode. You'll probably die if you "wait" for a few hours in a heavy blizzard. I think woodcutting will probably have constructing some sort of makeshift shelters or even your own house. I also hope you get to design your own house, and like expand it and stuff.
