Maaaaybe, I got a hint here:

Look for the Curse of Hircine mod: there seems to be a file related to it for a "maned werewolf" model.

 

I don't think it's a high polly model, but it does looks like the werewolf has some hair around the neck.

 

 

As for goats.. Well, not really goats, but there are some interesting mounts in an overhaul monster mod called WAC. Find it and enjoy yourself, it'll make your game very diverse, to say the least :3

@ alonso: you do know when modelling hair you just model several planes and paste a hair tex on them (with part of the plane invisible) right? I can actually imagine you sitting there behind you 2 computers extending cylinders to death ;D

 

I'lll try for a quick transparent horse tex, but I cannot promise how it'll turn out

 

Edit - tried for a quick transparent horse tex. Epic fail. Didnt look good, and the head was missing. Sorry.

That ghost effect is easy to do, its the same effect that is used for all the ghost on OB... add the spell "NPCGhostEffect" to the horse spell list and your done !

The whiter effect of that picture can be edited via a script that will play with the Alpha shader... between 0.01 and 100, 0.01 been the most "invisible"...

I recall my self asking about this right here on this forum a few years ago, just search the forum and you'll finf it !

As for donkeys, there is Benjamin the donkey here on the Nexus, he's awsesome.

 

And goats... no goats I am afraid. But on the other hand there'sBaaab the ridable ram, who pawns any other mount anyway. The mod description alone is funnier than some entire mods.
