Bond123
Exactly--Plan A NO. Plan A involves changing the file name of the screenshot, my fix involves changing the file name of the MOD itself in the database; the actual value "filename" in the form field when you edit the mod. I think I have tried all those things mentioned above...including repackaging the mod...renaming the mod and the screeshots. Below is the history. Last evening I uploaded "Change Undies Everyday". The Upload went flawlessly. I then decided to re-upload my "Luxury Companion Tent" which was lost to the moronic hacker who erased the files on the site. The file was accepted and I was as usual transferred to my member area where I proceeded to upload screen shots. About 10 minutes later I was informed that an error had occurred, file somethingorother_01.jpg was already in the database. I didn't have a file with that designator in this or any other mod. My mod showed with:NO FILENo file ID was supplied or the no file exists with the ID specified. http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=8093 I tried to re-upload and in about 15 minutes I was informed that a file by that name already existed...rename my file and re-submit. I went to my files and deleted the bad file, and tried again. Same results. I repackaged the file now and renamed it. It is now simply "Companion Tent". The first time I tried to upload, about halfway through my browser informed me the "server had reset". I made one last attempt this afternoon...the file was accepted, but when I went to look "no file ID was supplied or no file exists with the ID specified. I also note that in the current downloads....there are quite a few files in a similar state. What to do....until this is resolved...I am not going to make another abortive try. Editing to add: I have deleted both the bad uploads on my member page...yet they still persist in the New Today mods. They did not upload. Last Edit and I am offline for a while: Just returned to the eownload site and 3 warnings popped up saying I had been reported for trying to delete material that did not belong to me. I think I should leave.
Dark0ne
I believe the "File Not Found" errors are being caused by un-updated released threads/links on the official forums. Since the caching system resets every 24 hours it is fixed by midnight GMT. I still think you're missing my point. You don't rename the filename of your mod (i.e. you don't rename yourmodname.rar) you rename the mod name in the database, i.e. "Your Mod Name" which shows at the top of your file information page. Repeat...NOT the file name of the actual file, but the title of your file.
