infernalpimp
So a bit of a newbie when it comes to modding, but the game is crashing on launch, and I definitely feel like its the load order's fault. I would upload my current load order, but have no idea how.
Arkngt
So a bit of a newbie when it comes to modding, but the game is crashing on launch, and I definitely feel like its the load order's fault. I would upload my current load order, but have no idea how. Crashes on startup are almost always caused by missing masters, i.e. one of your plugins requires another plugin which you don't have. I find it easiest to check my load order with Wrye Flash, as plugins with missing masters are colored red in it, so impossible to miss. It also comes with the best way to post your current load order, as it gives version numbers as well. If you use NMM, you can get the load order via the "Export load order" (IIRC) icon in the plugin section. Just export and paste into a post. Also, use BOSS to sort your load order. M48A5
First, uninstall all your unused plugins. If the file is in the Data folder, the files will be loaded into RAM. Move Fellout-pipboylight.esp above Fellout-Full.esp, uninstall and delete the Fellout DLC plugins. You don't need them. You must have the Paradox Ignition version of Mart's Mutant Mod in order to use the Blackened patch. When you have installed that version, disable and delete all the Mart's .esp. Do not uninstall the files, just delete the .esp. Disable and uninstall Mart's Mutant Mod - Project Beauty.esp. It is part of the Blackened patch. When you have done all this, disable all your mods and start the game. It should now run. Play through the tutorial until you get to the tunnel after the Vault door and make a save. Enable FO3 Wanderer's Edition.esm and all the .esp. Continue out of the door to the Wasteland and take some time to just absorb the awesomeness. Now make another save. Start enabling your mods one at a time and load the last save. If everything runs, exit the game without saving and add another mod. Continue doing this until you have added all your mods or the game crashes, whichever comes first. If the game crashes, the last mod you added is a problem. Disable it and continue adding mods until you are finished. If the game will not run without mods, you have another problem.
infernalpimp
So i probably should have tried this before, but yeah, the game crashes on launch with all plugins disabled minus the DLC.

infernalpimp
Just to clarify, I know the game has worked with FO3 Wanderers Edition alone. Edited June 11, 2015 by infernalpimp
infernalpimp
So I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, followed all of those instructions, and it still won't work. The problem may be Fallout 3 Fake Fullscreen, I just frankly don't know anymore.
