cnadalin Posted June 15, 2015 Share Posted June 15, 2015 So this must be very old new for most all of you on here but I am new to computer gaming and therefore have no clue how to mod. I have watched plenty of videos on how to do it but I can never get it to work right. I am running Windows 8.1 and cant seem to be able to open any mod files so that I can place them into the games folder. Am I missing a step somewhere?
