I use both Better Cities and Unique Landscapes...

I love the mods, and for the most part they work perfect. However, I am finding that a few areas outside of some cities (Cheydinhal and Bravil for example) and inside other cities (Chorral) are off just a bit. Outside Bravil I notice a tree branch going through the middle of the shack, in Chorral some steps are floating above the ground a bit, etc. I have solved a similar problem with the Imperial Isle by changing the mod order. So my question is...

Does anyone have a suggestion for the mod order when using both Better Cities and Unique Landscapes?

Thanks,

Eric

You need to install any compatibility patches, then BOSS (sort your load list) and last Wrye Bash (create a Bashed Patch to tie everything together).

Thanks much, that did the trick. I had more problems with Better Cities, so I looked at its FAQ and not the UL FAQ, my mistake obviously.

hi,

I have installed both BC and UL

now I am looking to pache them.

I have UL Compatibility Patches Compilation WIZBAIN v12

But I also see other patches on the page.

How do I install UL Compatibility Patches Compilation WIZBAIN v12 and what do I install?

I am confuesd as to what patch I really need. I did this once before and ended up with all these files that if

enabled in TMM Oblivion crashed.

Is there a OMOD version? Is ther a conversion from WIZBAIN to OMOD?

Look at what mods you have installed then look at the Patches archive. Only use the ones that apply to your mods otherwise you will be missing a master and the game will crash. For example if you installed Better Cities, you would need Better Cities + UL patches depending on if you are using the full BC or separate. If you are still unsure refer to the readme documents included in the archive. Good luck!!

The UL thread is from 2011

I am using Better Cities Full and Unique Landscapes full (or merged) and the lake behind Cheydinhaal is always messed up. Big holes in the water. Also, south of that lake i think it is, there are lots of big cliffs from Unique Landscapes floating in the air. All the better cities .esps are loaded after unique landscapes
