Fallout 3 Bug: There is a huge red box in front of every npc, including my character

I recently installed fallout 3 on my pc. I followed a guide that talked about how to properly mod fallout 3, following it step by step. After that I proceeded to add mods using nexus mod manager. After adding some mods, I start a new game, and in the scene where your character is born I can't see the father, I just see a huge white square surrounded by another red square. It also happens when I proceed to create my character; I only see a white box where my face is suppose to be.

That is not a bug. It is an indication that you have missing meshes. It indicates that something was not installed properly.

M48A5 has covered most of the relevant information but let me emphasis one thing people are always forgetting: Install one mod at a time and test to make sure it installed properly. Seriously ONE MOD AT A TIME. Especially if you're new to mods but even if you've been using mods this for years. The number one problem people run into with mods stems from a complete disregard for that one vital step.

What would be a solution for my problem? Disabling all mods one at a time to see which one is causing my problem? Or should I delete all mods and start over?

Nevermind, I fixed it. I deleted a mod that was related to npcs. Thanks for all the tips! I'll be more careful when I install mods in the future
