Why cant i shoot the alien behind, game wont let me, this happens quite often, is my vats bugged.

Before you can start any troubleshooting, you need to get your load order corrected.

 

FO3 Wanderer's Edition-Alternate Travel.esp has a file header of .esm and a file extension of .esp. As such, it should load after your last .esm.

 

Go to the FO3 Wanderer's Edition description page for a sample load order.

The game/quests seem to be working fine, it's just these little things i dont know about. Another one below if i can keep your attention please. Why cant i get thru the gap/door/window, i can shoot thru it & get shot thru it.

I will tell you my mind dont work properly, sometimes i just cannot comprehend what i am being told.

Dont know what i have done but my saves wont load anymore, save will only load at first start of game, when i try to load again game will freeze.

fixed, i uninstalled Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch, it's back in again.

Your load order looks to be okay, except for alternate travel. It is an .esm (master) with a file extension of .esp (plugin) and should load after your last .esm file, in this case DC Interiors.

 

You will have to redo your merged patch after you make that change.
